Position Summary:

As a Channel Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in recruiting, managing, and fostering relationships with Global Systems Integrators (GSI's) and Systems Integrators (SI's) across the EMEA region. You will lead initiatives to build alliances, partnerships, and programs that drive growth in a dynamic business landscape.

What You Will Do:

  • Evaluate current partner community and provide recommendations to Senior Management
  • Develop growth and development Business Plans with partners aligned with the company's mission
  • Establish alignment between partners and sales organizations and drive go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with partner marketing to execute demand generation campaigns
  • Implement training and enablement plans for partners
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with partners and company Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Manage partner account profiles, solution portfolios, and pipelines

What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in developing partner/channel relationships
  • Experience in SaaS or software solutions within various industry markets
  • Strong analytical and business management skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects with strict deadlines
  • Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Previous experience with Global Systems Integrators and Systems Integrators
  • Willingness to work in the Hammersmith, London office two days a week
  • Experience working with channel partners in the EMEA region

Salary:

The role offers a basic salary of £85,000 with an OTE of £50,000, accompanied by a competitive benefits package.
