Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise Sage to manage financial transactions and records.
  • Computerise documents, reports, and correspondence accurately.
  • Provide general office support including clerical tasks and data entry.
  • Proficiently use Office software and various administrative tasks.
  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and maintain phone etiquette.
  • Maintain organised filing systems for efficient document retrieval.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Sage, Office software, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Good communication skills and phone etiquette for interacting with colleagues and clients.

Job Types:

£13.00-£15.00 per hour
