As the successful Accounts Assistant your duties will include:

  • Processing credit notes and supplier invoices
  • Setting up supplier and customer accounts
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Posting credit card receipts
  • Chasing customers to ensure payment terms
  • Resolving supplier and customer queries
  • Banking customer cheques
  • Chasing overdue payments
  • Processing credit notes
  • Processing payment runs
  • Supporting management with day to daytoday duties

Essential skills required:

  • Prior exposure to purchase Ledger
  • IT literate in MS Office systems
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • A committed and forwardthinking individual


The successful Accounts Assistant will be offered a salary between £22,000 and £26,000 per annum as well as the opportunity to join a business who are seen as the number one supplier of the products in their industry.

Working hours are full time, Mondayto Thursday 8:30pm - 5pm and a nice early finish of 4pm on a Friday, free onsite parking is also available.
