Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements.

If you have a passion for travel, excellent customer service skills, and a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their travel needs and preferences
  • Offer expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Research and book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services
  • Create customised itineraries based on client preferences and budget
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and travel regulations
  • Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the travel process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Travel Consultant preferred but not essential, expert training will be given.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailoriented with strong organisational skills
  • Passion for travel and willingness to stay updated on new destinations and travel trends
Full time position. Working hours 9am - 5:30pm Monday - Saturday, with 1 day off midweek
