We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cruise Travel Consultant to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a Cruise Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for selling cruise holidays to direct customers over the phone and face-to-face in a retail travel shop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell cruise holidays face-to-face and over the phone, ranging from Mediterranean to long-haul cruising holidays
  • Upsell additional extras and suggest those that complement the customer's package
  • Switch selling of sold-out holidays
  • Tailor-make packages to the client's needs
  • Sell a full range of suitable cruise companies
Requirements:
  • Travel sales experience working for a travel company
  • Target-driven and determination to succeed
  • Excellent telephone manner with excellent customer service
  • Ability and experience of dealing with affluent clientele
  • Experience of selling cruise holidays
What We Offer:
  • Full-time or 4-day available
  • Working hours: 9am-5pm Mon-Fri and 9am-4pm on Saturdays
  • No Sundays and no Bank holidays
  • 5 weeks' holiday allowance
  • Educational benefits each year
