About the role

North Northamptonshire Council's Health Protection Team is looking for an enthusiastic administrator to provide a high level of flexible administrative support to the Infection Prevention & Control Team.

This is a two year fixed-term post working part time 0.5 FTE.

You will assist in the development and maintenance of business processes and documents to support management and ensure the efficient running of the service

This will include:

  • Arranging and supporting all aspects of internal, interagency and interdepartmental meetings as requested as well as key external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining information technology and office systems to ensure effective services including Microsoft office, SharePoint, erecruitment, ERP etc.
  • Accurately operating and maintaining a range of filing and management information systems to support effective service delivery.
  • Handling a wide range of more detailed queries including correspondence referred by colleagues, partners and customers.
  • Providing an efficient and confidential support service to senior managers and consultants.
Shortlisting will take place on 31st March 2023 with interviews on 7th April 2023.
