About the Role:

Blatchford, a leading manufacturer of advanced prosthetic technology, bespoke seating solutions, and orthotic devices, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Administration Lead to join their Patient Solutions Team. As a Clinical Administration Lead, you will play a crucial role in providing effective and efficient customer-focused administration to the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct performance reviews and monitor team performance to ensure delivery and development of effective customer service processes.
  • Liaise with Warehouse and Field Service Engineers to address quality or delivery issues.
  • Ensure all systems are updated and utilized, and rosters are managed and updated.
  • Support the Reception Service at Kettering and Northampton, and manage key performance indicators of the contract.
  • Assist in producing monthly, quarterly, and annual contract performance reports, and create report summaries of Referrals, Waiting List, Field Service, and Warehouse performance.

Requirements:

  • Management qualification (NVQ or equivalent).
  • Experience of providing customer service/administration service in a healthcare environment.
  • Previous experience of managing a small customer service/administration team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office packages and confident in using bespoke packages.
  • Able to prioritize and manage own workflow and workload and that of others.
