Lead Clinical Governance and Quality Improvement in Our Nursing Homes

We're seeking a highly experienced Clinical Development Nurse to lead our clinical governance and quality improvement efforts in our nursing homes across Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the clinical performance of our homes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze clinical governance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to address clinical governance issues and improve quality of care
  • Work closely with Regional Directors, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to plan and implement key actions to address issues and improve standards
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing home staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration and RN (General) qualification
  • Experience of working in a care home environment and as a clinical mentor
  • Strong understanding of current regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and develop effective strategies to improve quality of care
