We are seeking an experienced Clinical Development Nurse to lead our clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives in our nursing homes across Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire.
This role requires a strong clinical background, with experience in managing chronic diseases and wound dressings. As a Clinical Development Nurse, you will be responsible for reviewing and supporting the performance of our nursing homes, ensuring they meet the highest clinical standards.
You will work closely with our Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to plan and implement key actions to address any issues and improve standards. Your leadership skills and passion for delivering high-quality care will be essential in this role.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have a current NMC registration, RN (General), and evidence of continued professional development. You will also need to have experience working in a care home environment and as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly-qualified nurses.
