Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Secretary to join our team in providing administrative support and maintaining efficient office operations.
Duties:
- Computerise data and maintain electronic records
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when handling calls
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Maintain organisational systems for efficient office functioning
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents accurately
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office environment performing secretarial duties
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and office management tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Previous experience with QuickBooks is advantageous
- Demonstrated administrative skills including data entry and record keeping
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
£10.62-£12.56 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kidderminster: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
