  • Work hours over 5 days on a rota basis, including weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Undertake administrative duties specific to the role
  • Handle phone and email inquiries, post, and stock
  • Provide administrative support such as typing, data input, and filing
  • Interact with service users and team members as needed
  • Assist in the smooth running of clinics and appointments
