Previous Administration Background

Commercial Awareness

Ability to build and maintain relationships

Have knowledge of planning and scheduling work logístically

Comfortable in a high-pressured environment

Motivation to exceed themselves and achieve KPI targets

Fully IT Literate and conversant with all Microsoft Office Program

  • Booking in equipment for resale, photographing and listing devices on various selling
platforms

  • Responding to customer enquiries and preparing quotes and proforma invoices for both
new and second hand equipment leads as well as other department offerings

  • Raising job cards, purchase orders and arranging reconditioning of devices
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and monitoring stock, via database maintenance and
use of stock control inventory software

  • Assist with warehouse support as needed and team with a Stores person if required on
driving duties to assist

  • Use of forklift truck as and when required, training and permission given
  • Providing support to the Resale Manager and all team members in support of the Resale
division
