Our client is a well-structured and growing company, which develops, manufactures, sells and maintains Commercial Vehicles.


We are looking to recruit someone to the role of Sales & Technical Engineer to work within the Sales & Planning teams.


The role will ideally require some of the following:

  • Technical knowledge/experience in a manufacturing environment


 Procurement knowledge
  • Logistics experience
  • Tender writing would be advantageous
  • Experience of a LEAN manufacturing, understanding of document control, BOM's (Bills of Materials) and Engineering Change Requests.

The role will involve:

  • The technical review of specification with various departments and process the agreed order
  • Assist in planning in build slots using various methods and systems including Excel spreadsheets and databases
  • Project based work continuous improvement
  • General sales administration support and flexible support when required
  • The role will require inhouse training which will be ideal for an individual looking to progress and develop their knowledge continually.
