- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive supplier invoices
- Matching PO numbers with invoices
- Chasing Approval Managers to Approve PO's & Invoices
- Seek approval from department managers
- Input invoices into system
- Resolve queries
- Provide weekly reports to Accountant
- Run pay runs
- Send remittances
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Process expense claims
- Check Barclaycard statements
- Set up new supplier accounts
- Process cashbook and petty cash returns
- Other Duties:
- Monitor business incomes and expenditures
- Deal with queries
- Order and distribute petty cash
- Perform Finance Admin tasks
- Perform Office Admin tasks
