  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Receive supplier invoices
  • Matching PO numbers with invoices
  • Chasing Approval Managers to Approve PO's & Invoices
  • Seek approval from department managers
  • Input invoices into system
  • Resolve queries
  • Provide weekly reports to Accountant
  • Run pay runs
  • Send remittances
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Process expense claims
  • Check Barclaycard statements
  • Set up new supplier accounts
  • Process cashbook and petty cash returns
  • Other Duties:
  • Monitor business incomes and expenditures
  • Deal with queries
  • Order and distribute petty cash
  • Perform Finance Admin tasks
  • Perform Office Admin tasks
