We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Food & Beverage Team Leader** to join our team at our flagship park, Lyons Robin Hood in Rhyl, Denbighshire. Lyons Robin Hood is out flagship park in Rhyl. This position is for supporting the Complex Manager at the Main Complex in the day-to date runnings of the F&B outlets on park including; Sports bar/restaurant, main family showbar, the second family show bar, the coffee shop & our outdoor bars.

Supported by the Complex Manager and Assistant Complex Manager, the Food & Beverage Team Leader is responsible for engaging and inspiring their team each day and setting direction in relation to the day to day tasks. They ensure that the team are guest obsessed, exceed targets, work in a clean and inviting environment and follow standard operating procedures.

You will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the management and tasks for the Food & Beverage Department. You will have a minimum of Level 2 in Food Safety and also be able to demonstrate experience in Cellar Management.

**Responsibilities for the Role**:
**Business**:

- Takes ownership of shift and service delivery ensuring all team are guest obsessed
- Monitors daily service and tasks, observing speed of service, arranging appropriate resource when needed
- Achieve and exceed targets and key performance indicators
- Complete relevant administrative tasks including; safety compliance checks and legislative compliance checks.
- Manage all Cash Procedures and Cost Control in the department maximising profit and minimise loss.

**Guests**:

- Confidently deals with guest concerns with the ability to resolve problems, show empathy and understanding. Reacts to Guest Feedback and works with the team to respond quickly to address areas for improvement

**Team**:

- Leads and coaches the team daily to ensure all areas of responsibility are covered, guiding all team members when needed and escalate issues to the Complex Manager when required. Deals with any employee relations issues as they arise. Support team through the induction including completion of mandatory safe and secure training
- Ensure all team have the relevant qualifications and completed all training required for role
- Identifying and developing future talent in department.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in leading a team of 30+ is desired for this role
- Previous F&B leadership is preffered

**Schedule**:

- This is a seasonal, hourly paid position
- Hours may be full time during peak season and part time during low season to meet the demands of the business
- Weekend work
- Evening work
- School holiday availability
