This role will be integral in providing support and driving the business forward. Providing the Leadership team and the wider business with confidence in the data accuracy and reporting.

As a global Company we work across multiple time zones, so a degree of flexibility will be needed.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Assisting with the design, build and maintenance of reports and dashboards for management team
  • Salesforce system administration
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and support during key projects
  • Liaise with external salesforce support partners
  • Work with team to ensure pre testing of any updates and train users on improvements
  • Responsible for ongoing data governance, running reports and data checking (duplicates etc) to ensure data integrity
  • Assist in supporting new staff follow Salesforce training and onboarding process
  • Ensure Salesforce best practice is followed throughout organisation
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce and identify new functionality that can improve the support to users

About you - What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • Minimum 12 months in a Salesforce administration role or similar
  • Good understanding of the Salesforce platform and a drive to learn more
  • Experience of Salesforce Lightning is preferred
  • Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to multi task
  • Experience of working within a fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Problem solving attitude, with the drive to understand, improve and support across the business.
  • Knowledge/experience of CPQ would be an advantage
  • Goaloriented, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm; able to operate efficiently, effectively and professionally within a fast paced, dynamic and results driven business environment
  • An analytical mindset and able to get to grips quickly with the intricacies and complexities of the data that drives our business and strategy
  • Approachable, with a positive and collaborative attitude and a genuine interest in working with the team to provide the best levels of
