*Outside IR35*Investec Wealth & Investment are looking for a Salesforce System Administrator who will be providing services to help support the Salesforce environment and assist in delivering on the Martech project roadmap.


This will involve working as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud), building system feeds and flows and creating reports, dashboards, workflows and processes.

The role will manage testing of changes and releases to production, and provide advise on Salesforce best practice, security and other functionality.


What you will be doing

  • Serving as primary system administrator for the environment
  • The running and daily administration of the Salesforce system (Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud)
  • Performing administrative tasks such as the creation of reports and dashboards, workflows and processes
  • Managing data, bulk uploads and ensuring data accuracy
  • Liaising with Identity & Access management team on profile and user setup and other routine tasks.
  • Creating new and keep existing Salesforce technical solution documents and training materials up to date.
  • Completing regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades and new releases.
  • Supporting the Architects in building out new development requests to help speed up delivery.
  • Responsible for management of testing of changes, sandbox setup and releases to production.
  • Delivering and supporting connectors including the APEX service
  • Liaising with marketers, lead handlers and call centre on leads they are handling and ensuring they're updating Salesforce correctly.
  • Delivering monthly report figures and analytics as required to leadership
  • Collaborating with other internal teams

Required skill set

  • Salesforce Admin (ADM201) certified ideally.
  • Previous experience of Classic & Lightening configuration, Sales Cloud required. Having Marketing cloud experience will be added bonus.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, process builder, flow, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, security and other functionality
