We are looking for somebody who is competent in dealing with complex customer queries, while having exposure and experience in conflict resolution, IT usage and the ability to transfer information onto customer accounts.

About the role:


Within this role you will be representing some of the biggest global brands and providing an incredibly high level of Customer Service over the phone.

We are looking for experience within a fast paced office environment for this particular role, as well as looking for somebody who can remain motivated, persevere in their duties and deal with customer discussions that sometimes surround discrepancies.

Your day to day responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

  • Show empathy and understanding to our customers over the phone.
  • Use knowledge based systems and other tools to deliver information or solutions to customers.
  • Escalate issues through to supporting internal teams.
  • Use courtesy tact and discretion in all communications with customers in order to provide first call resolution.
  • Supporting other areas of the business when and where required.
  • Keeping up to date with any product or process changes
  • Respecting the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures
  • Manage complex discussions and navigate towards providing solution
  • Transference of information extracted from calls with care and attention
  • Represent the company by aiming to provide professional assistance to all of our customers

  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Ability to listen and record information accurately
  • Strong communication skills
  • PC Literate
