As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

You will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.nDevelop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, and timelines.nCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.nPerform risk management to minimise project risks and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.nTrack project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.nEnsure all projects are delivered to the highest standards and meet client expectations.nProvide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, proposals, and presentations.nEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation.nConduct project evaluations and assess results to improve future projects.


Skills and Experience Required:


Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.nStrong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.nExceptional organisational and multitasking skills.nStrong leadership and team management abilities.nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.nOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.nProficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).nPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.nFamiliarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
