Clinical Treatment Practitioner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 clinical nurse practitioner within the Clinical Treatment Team.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 although some flexibility in regard to start and finish times may be required


The role is to deliver clinical treatment and monitoring in depot, Clozaril and Lithium clinics, as well as supporting the ECT service across LSCFT.


You should be a registered mental health nurse and be familiar with mental health community and inpatient services and teams.

You must have/be willing to learn venepuncture skills and be trained/willing to train in Intermediate Life Support, for additional essential skills information please read the person specification.

You will have experience of working within a community mental health setting. This is a community role and will require travel between various clinics across the locality. You will require your own car for travel between sites.

The service is trust wide, but will be based in the North / Central area of LSCFT in the areas of Blackpool, Lancaster and Morecambe.

Please note this is a frontline role and therefore the post holder will be required to be fully vaccinated.
