Working for a well known and continuously growing Higher Education establishment in Leeds.

Your new roleWorking closely with the wider team, the post will play a key role in ensuring effective relationships with employers and other businesses, maintaining excellent standards of customer service at all times.

Key duties include:

  • To ensure systems for tracking apprentice progress and success, including Progress Reviews, are accurately maintained.
  • To work with the Apprenticeships Operations Manager to develop and issue apprenticeship paperwork (including, but not limited to: apprentice agreements, training plans and contracts) to apprentices and employers, ensuring all documentation is completedand returned to the University within the specified time frame
  • To provide efficient and prompt administrative service to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office, e.g. wordprocessing, filing, photocopying, data input, invoice processing.
  • To arrange and service internal meetings
  • To administer apprenticeship surveys; to collate and analyse module and programme evaluation feedback and to work with the Academic Quality Office to ensure appropriate information is share for each annual review cycle

  • Experience of being in a customerfocussed role with general administration experience gained in an office environment.
  • Strong experience with office 365
