We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Floor Supervisor with a strong focus on wine to join our team at a well-known restaurant located in Notting Hill.

As the Floor Supervisor, your main role will be to work closely with the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring top-notch service for our guests. While being a Sommelier is not required, having a good understanding of wines would be beneficial.



Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations
- Manage the wine service within the restaurant
- Supervise the restaurant team during service
- Provide training and guidance to new staff members
- Maintain service quality and address any guest concerns promptly
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for efficient food preparation and delivery

Requirements:
- WSET Level 2 certification or higher is preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a reputable restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
