The Clinical Governance Manager role at MCL Medics is crucial, offering leadership and expertise in the development and implementation of clinical governance principles. This position is ideal for a healthcare professional seeking to influence and enhance clinical standards and practices within a dynamic team.

- Lead and support the implementation of clinical governance across MCL Medics
- Conduct clinical audits on all Occupational Health policies and procedures to meet clinical governance objectives
- Lead research, development, and review of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring in-depth understanding and compliance
- Investigate and address clinical issues to ensure risk management and best practices
- Interpret national guidelines and policies on clinical governance, and implement relevant guidance
- Develop and execute effective training and communication strategies
- Maintain the Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health (SEQOHS) accreditation

Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills in a clinical environment
- Excellent time management, planning, and prioritizing abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and information systems
- Experience in training, coaching, and staff development
- Registered (NMC) health professional with previous similar role experience
- Expertise in clinical governance, policy implementation, and audit
