We are working with a leading Private Equity firm in Europe, primarily investing in tech businesses, who are looking to welcome a Senior Finance Administrator into their team.

Managing over $50billion in funds, they have an excellent history in developing high achieving businesses and high performance individuals.

In the role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate financial operations of the Finance Administration team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role within the corporate accounting team and will be an integral part of the Finance Team.


Your Role

  • You will be leading, mentoring and managing a small team of Finance Administrators, whilst providing correct guidance and training for developing and maintaining the highest quality accounting habits.
  • Overseeing and reviewing Financial transactions.
  • Identifying opportunities within the Finance Department to improve processes.
  • Ensuring the accurate recording and reconciliation of Financial Data.
  • Adhoc and project work, when assisting the other members of the Finance Team/Wider Business.

Your Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance or accounting.
  • Team Leadership and managerial experience is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with team members and stakeholders.
  • Excellent Excel skill and attention to detail.
