Due to recent retirement within the team, we have a 30 hour secretarial position within our oral surgery department.

Actively managing the administrative processes associated with patient pathways and contributing to the effectiveness of clinical teams (including patient experience, patient flow and waiting list management)


Providing secretarial and administrative support to Consultant and clinical teams to support the delivery of high quality co-ordinated and integrated care, including liaison with patients, carers, GP's and other service users.

Booking appointments for patients on the cancer pathway within National Targets and raising capacity issues with the Line Manager. Managing Trust dashboard and booking follow-up appointments appropriately.

Robust knowledge of IT systems and working with multiple systems at the same time.
