This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of their care home group while upholding the highest standards of service excellence.
Role Overview: As the Care Home Manager , you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operational management of the residential care home and will demonstrate key strengths in the following areas of responsibilities -
- Vast knowledge of CQC guidelines, action planning, risk management and implementing best practises throughout the home
- Effective recruitment & retention processes, leading and supporting staff and addressing their development/training needs.
- Strong business acumen in pursuing new opportunities to contribute to commercial growth of home.
- Able to effectively communicate and build relationships with local authorities, staff, residents and families.
Requirements
- Hold an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent qualification
- Experience as a CQC registered home manager, with a proven track record of results.
- Serves as a role model, leading by example and promoting the company values and good practices.
