What you will be doing

Alloga, part of Cencora, is a specialist provider of supply chain solutions for healthcare manufacturers, offering a complete range of logistics solutions.

Alloga supports over 150 clients. Our specialism and in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, veterinary and consumer healthcare sectors ensures our clients receive the necessary expertise

Job Details: 40 hours per week. Annual Salary £24,000

JOB PURPOSE

To support the business in compliance to GDP and GMP regulations ensuring that work is completed in a safe and efficient manner and meeting the agreed standards of quality, GDP, applicable GMP and service levels of the company, clients, and regulatory bodies.

Key Tasks

To ensure that all accidents and near misses are reported immediately to the H & S Manager To ensure that all department activity is performed in accordance with company procedures and client instructions To support the business in maintaining compliance to GDP, GMP and ISO 9001standards by Documenting and escalating client and customer complaints. Reviewing temperature records and ensuring that excursions are appropriately documented, investigated, and escalated to a QA Manager where required. Reviewing temperature data from Temperature Monitoring Devices and communicating details of temperature data to clients as required. Performing administrative release of products in the inventory system in accordance with internal procedures and client instructions. Where required, perform sample inspection activity in accordance with defined procedures ensuring the timely provision of documentation relating to the inspection and sampling activity required. Quarantining stock as requested by clients. Participating in client and regulatory audits. Maintaining appropriate records of QA activity. Completing key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the role. Maintaining client specific documentation (SOPs) within Q-Pulse. Appropriate maintence of the shared email box. Archiving of paperwork, such as QA releases. Removal of TMDs for destruction. Recording details of quality incidents in the quality system. Completing Corrective Actions in accordance with agreed timescales. Performing periodic Internal Compliance Inspections of operational areas in order to identify opportunities for improvement and agreeing necessary corrective actions with process / area owners. Providing general administrative support to the QA Department. Where Required, performing RPI Checks in accordance with internal procedures and client instructions. Communicating effectively with all other departments

To carry out any reasonable request from senior management as required and according to business needs commensurate with training and experience necessary to complete such a request in a compliant manner.
