Service Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Contracts Administrator to join our team at Getinge Ltd. As a key member of our Contracts and Invoicing Team, you will be responsible for managing the complete service agreement renewal process, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and maintaining Getinge's high standards of quality and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Renewals: Prepare and send contract renewals to customers 3 months prior to expiry, negotiate and finalize agreements, and proactively manage workload to minimize contracts without renewals.
  • Quotations: Provide quotations for additional work, collate information from relevant parties, process orders, and inform internal departments.
  • Supplier Questionnaires: Complete supplier questionnaires, including QA information, bank details, insurance certificates, H&S information, method statements, and risk assessments.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the Contracts and Invoicing Team to deliver the department's strategy, regain lost contracts, and complete tenders for new business.
  • Reporting: Produce reports on current and projected business activity related to service agreements and lost contracts.
  • Customer Communication: Prioritize and organize a changing workload, respond to customer calls and enquiries, and collaborate with other departments for a smooth transition.
Requirements:
  • Maths and English to GCSE level C or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in Contracts or Procurement is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, especially Word, Excel, and data packages, with the ability to learn new CRM/ERP systems.
  • SAP experience is desirable.
  • Attention to detail, conscientious, honest, flexible, positive work ethic, customer-centric, and polite telephone manner.
