Job Introduction

We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, and designing best practice solutions.

Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the
Salesforce System Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, data management, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.

The Salesforce System Administrator will work closely with stakeholders to identify and develop new business processes.

This is a fully remote role based within the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles,
permissions, public groups.

  • Acting as the first line of support for users, managing incoming support tickets.
  • Carry out some requirements gathering from users and stakeholders.
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): simple Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • Experience in making configuration changes to the platform, reviewing Salesforce release notes and opportunities via 3rd party apps to ensure Salesforce is always up to date and in line with business requirements
  • Evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
  • Data management via Apex Dataloader, Demand Tools or Workench

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • A desire to implement best practice solutions
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce, and any
  • Salesforce Administrator Certified further certifications highly beneficial

Experience Required

  • Experience with Sales Cloud
  • Strong handson Salesforce admin experience with a good knowledge of the benefits and capabilities of the platform
