**What **will you be doing at DeepL?**

In the Salesforce Platform team, we enable GTM Teams in driving growth for DeepL by building secure, reliable and scalable solutions on the Salesforce and Hubspot Platforms. The result is a system architecture that reflects our business processes and allows every user to unlock the full potential of Salesforce.

As a Salesforce Administrator at DeepL, you will solve business problems by customising our Salesforce Platform. You will build, configure, and automate technology solutions to deliver business value. You will be one of the SMEs for everything Salesforce related, making sure that questions are answered on time and providing the right information / sharing best practices.

**Your responsibilities**
- User management (setting up new users, managing organisation-wide default permissions, role hierarchy)
- Platform customizations (fields, page layouts, creation of flows, etc.)
- Creating reports and dashboards
- Security and data management
- Training new users on using Salesforce
- Confirm and analyse requirements for User Stories included in the sprint
- Support users through different channels (slack, Jira, etc)
- Create functional documentation during the implementation phase as well as support in documenting the status quo

**Qualities we look for**
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, specifically in SaaS processes
- Hands on experience in building and managing Quote-To-Cash processes in the Salesforce platform
- Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
- You can think across multiple teams requirements, multiple regions, and work cross-functionally to deliver results
- Salesforce Certifications are a plus
