We have a vacancy for a part time Field Service Administrator who will be responsible for providing support to our clients and company employees who attend client sites to carry out testing and validation to equipment and rooms as part of our service division.

Using our CRM system, Salesforce they will ensure that all work instructions are raised correctly and that compliance is maintained at an excellent level by managing all the processes and paperwork required.

The role will be predominately remote and home based, working 20 hours a week 4 hours a day Monday to Friday and the hours are required to be worked mornings.

The duties will include:

- Provide administration of the company Salesforce CRM system to ensure that all field service tasks are created and scheduled as per client requirements.
- Maintaining all client information within Salesforce, Harvest and project files.
- Ensuring that site visits are planned accordingly to meet specific needs and that all H&S aspects are considered and adhered to including provision of risk assessments
- Gathering of data to build customer or client reports
- To complete all service documentation in a professional and timely manner as requested by the client and the company.
- Provide daily updates on works to the operations team and build reports to provide business updates monthly and quarterly.
- Provide the highest quality customer service and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to too and that all Health & Safety requirements are always met.

You will have a good standard of literacy and numeracy (E.g. GCSE English and Maths A-C or equivalent) and ideally a customer service qualification.

The skills and experience required to be successful are the following:
**Essential**
- Previous field service experience preferably within pharmaceutical and life science sectors
- A solid understanding of customer service provision within a field service team
- Conversant with internet / communications protocols
- Able to maintain client confidentiality
- Capable of representing the company in a professional manner
- Good teamworking skills
- Highly organised and methodical with attention to detail
- Confident user of IT and in particular Microsoft Office Packages e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook

Desirable
- Experience using Salesforce CRM platform or any other scheduling system
- Experience into highly regulated industry regarding risk assessments and site protocols
- Experience working with university laboratory’s, NHS laboratory’s and private research facilities.

We offer a Company Pension scheme and 20 days holidays plus bank holidays with discretionary days added for Christmas. We work fully remotely but create opportunities for collaboration and interaction with colleagues face to face.
