Role Description: Tenant Referencing Administrator

Qualifications:
Prior Experience: Previous experience as an Administrator in a Letting agency environment or a related field is essential.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Time Management: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks sytematically, and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

Team Collaboration: Experience of working within a team environment and the ability to establish positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and tenants.

Attention to Detail: Good attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to act on your initiative when required.

Referencing Experience: Experience in referencing or similar administration is desirable but not essential for this role.

Customer Service Commitment: Demonstrable enthusiasm and commitment to delivering an excellent customer service experience.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the lettings industry and familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance is preferred but not essential.
