At the heart of Isabel Hospice lies a vibrant community of volunteers, fuelling our mission with their dedication and spirit.
You will play a pivotal role in not just recruiting these invaluable volunteers, but also in attracting dynamic individuals to fill roles across clinical and non-clinical teams—spanning fundraising, marketing, finance, and retail.
But that's not all.You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with our Retail & People Events Lead on special events aimed at drawing in both staff and volunteers, especially in areas where we face the most challenges in recruitment.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience in recruitment, whether in an agency or in-house setting
- Flexibility to work outside traditional hours, including weekends and evenings, to support our recruitment events
- A valid driving licence and access to a car, as some travel will be required
