A fantastic and exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed, enthusiastic Learning Disabilities Support Manager with a 'positive and can do attitude' to help build a strong community link for the people we care and support and our own staff teams.

Our client is looking for an experienced Learning Disabilities Support Manager to join our locations across Oxfordshire (mainly Abingdon, Marcham and Didcot) supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities to live their life their way.

They are seeking someone with a strong track record of sector based experience in a senior post. The role will be crucial in ensuring that our staff team can continue their goal of making a difference every day to those we support.

Challenging, stimulating and rewarding position for a dynamic Learning Disabilities Support Manager to join a very reputable charity and not for profit care provider.

As a Learning Disabilities Support Manager you will lead and manage all your staff to ensure that the team is delivering high quality, safe and person centred support to enable the people we support to achieve great outcomes.

You will also foster excellent working relationships amongst all teams including, family members, Social Worker, GP's and other professionals and stake holders.
