About the School - Learning Support Worker
Tradewind are excited to be working in partnership with an Alternative Provision based in Oxfordshire.
The team in this school assist students overcome the daily struggles that they come across with learning and engaging within a lesson which in turn affectstheir success and grades.
This schoolwork on building self-esteem, capacity and confidence in each of their students to give them the very best experience when learning, Learning takes place in small supported groups of 6-8 pupils with a variety of talentedstaff and an excellent support team.
January 2023 start - Long-term to permanent roles, available after qualifying period of one academic year
Learning Support Worker - Oxfordshire - £75 to £95 per day dependant on experience
Exceptional training and CPD for all staff

- Experience working with SEN students at all ages and all levels, psychology graduates welcome to apply
