  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Communicate effectively with customers in English, Spanish, or other languages as needed
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data entry of customer information and interactions
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish (or other languages)
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to analyze customer needs
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
