As a key member of our HR team, you will provide expert advice and support to employees and management, ensuring we stay on top of employment laws and best practices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy development
* Collaborating with colleagues across the business on people-related projects
* Reviewing and improving HR metrics to drive better outcomes
* Spearheading change initiatives and implementing new processes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A CIPD qualification level 3 or above
* Previous experience as a HR advisor or similar role, with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices

* An organised approach with strong attention to detail
* Experience using people metrics
