About You

Our ideal Lead for Leadership Development is an individual who deeply resonates with the importance of leadership in an organization's success. You have a proven track record of designing and implementing leadership development programs, and your expertise is matched only by your passion for people development.

Experience : Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in leadership development, organizational culture, or a related field.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.

Stakeholder Management : Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence key stakeholders across multiple levels, including the most senior levels of the organisation (Managing Directors and above).

Analytical Skills : Ability to gather, analyse, and interpret data related to leadership development.

Flexibility : Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment, with an ability to adapt and innovate.

Team Player : Collaborative mindset and an aptitude for working within cross-functional teams.

Passion : Genuine interest in nurturing talent, fostering positive work environments, and championing leadership and cultural initiatives.
