About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and flexible individual to join our team as a Leadership Development Coordinator. As a key member of our workforce development team, you will play a crucial role in developing product assessment materials and related resources that meet regulatory, organizational, and stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop content for SFJ Awards assessment, accreditation, and qualification products, primarily for End Point Assessment standards and Custom Certification programmes.
  • Liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure developed content meets organizational and customer quality standards, including regulatory body requirements.
  • Recruit, assign work to, and performance manage external providers of services/associates.
  • Implement defined financial procedures relating to contract delivery.
  • Interpret and use information from a range of sources to inform content development.
Requirements
  • Teaching, training, assessor, or quality assurance qualifications (desirable).
  • Degree or diploma level qualification in any field, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the processes involved in the development of end point assessment products.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the UK qualification regulators.
  • Experience of recruiting, assigning work to, and performance managing external providers of services/associates.
  • Experience of implementing defined financial procedures relating to contract delivery.
