About the Role:
FT Longitude is looking for a Thought Leadership Specialist to lead the development and growth of its qualitative research offering. This role will be responsible for sourcing subject matter experts, developing a Thought Leadership Network community, and supporting innovative qual research methodologies.
- Qualitative Research Development: Lead the growth of our qualitative research offering, meeting P&L targets while introducing new product lines like AI-led transcript analysis.
- SME Sourcing: Identify and recruit world-leading experts for interviews, managing a network of freelance interview sourcing specialists.
- Community Management: Develop a "Thought Leadership Network" of senior B2B executives, building an active, marketable community asset through regular engagement opportunities such as newsletters and event invitations.
- Compliance: Ensure GDPR compliance across qualitative research processes, including data management and community handling.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, editorial, research, and marketing teams to meet deadlines and deliver innovations.
Key Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills: Experience in collaborator management and SME recruitment.
- Experience in Building and Managing B2B Executive Communities: A plus.
