What the job does:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, talented, ambitious Midweight Digital Copywriter to join our growing in-house copy team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an affinity for beauty products to write engaging copy for our new Charlotte Tilbury app and Pro Beauty Tech Tools.


You will have strong written English skills, a creative, meticulous eye for detail and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

This role will work closely with the digital, UX, tech, marketing, legal and reg teams.

Some attributes we are looking for:

  • Writing creative, engaging marketing copy for all channels and audiences, with a key focus on daily and reactive copy for the Charlotte Tilbury app.
  • Owning copy and messaging for all Pro Beauty Tech Tools
  • Maintaining Charlotte Tilbury's tone of voice across all platforms and ensuring all copy represents the brand DNA
  • Owning the legal and regulatory approval process
  • Proofreading digital copy once in situ
  • Research for digital projects
  • Ability to craft snappy, short form copy

Requirements:

  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Have a sound grasp of the Charlotte Tilbury brand, voice and aesthetic
  • An affinity for the beauty industry
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative process
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment
  • Meticulous eye for detail
