What you will be doing...
- As our new
Social Media Assistant (Community Management), you'll manage and support our community of followers across all of the social media platforms that we are active on; Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. Ensuring that the integrity of our brand reputation isn't compromised and providing the VIP customer service that we are known for, this role is key to ensuring that customers have a positive experience with us at every touch point and continue to book with us time and time again.
The shift pattern for this role will be 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts followed by 4 days off. Hybrid working between Holiday House and Low Fare Finder House with occasional home working.
Day shift hours: 10am - 10pm
Night shift hours: 7pm - 7am

What you'll be doing:
- You'll ensure that all responses are aligned with our social tone of voice guidelines and are consistent with our brand personality.
- You'll work closely with internal teams across the business to raise and resolve any issues that are brought to light via social media, including issues that have the potential to generate widespread negative sentiment/media coverage.
- You'll share positive feedback or key insights obtained via our social media channels with the relevant areas of the business.
What you'll have:
- You'll have a good knowledge of the Social Media platforms that we operate on.
- Previous experience in a customer servicefocused role would be useful.
- You'll have a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.
