The
purpose of this role:


This
Technical Account Manager opportunity will maximise project success and customer satisfaction by supporting the Business Development Manager with the whole sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.

You will
manage and grow accounts within an existing customer base, along with maximising opportunities for new business.

As
Technical Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting the Business Development Manager in the preparation of quotations and customer presentations.
  • Supporting project teams with internal project timing plans, preproductions build planning and customer documentation.
  • Coordination of responses to customer change requests and monitoring of their implementation.
  • Generating and maintaining an overview of customer milestones for each project and communicating these effectively across the business.
  • Tracking of product and planning costs, including purchase order coverage and invoicing.

Skills & experience:

  • Experience in a
    manufacturing environment is
    desirable.
  • Experience within a similar sales/account/project management role is essential
  • Excellent
    organisation with the ability to prioritise tasks across multiple projects.
  • Strong c
    ommunication skills, able to convey ideas clearly and effectively, both internally and externally.
-
IT literate, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.

  • Experience of Automotive OEM/Suppliers and their processes would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge/basic understanding of electronic ECUs is also an advantage.
