Supporting Operational BAU Activities and being first point of contact for escalated queries from the business
- To support the Consumer Division with technical & payment queries
- Support the department with product builds and rate changes ensuring appropriate sign off has been received
- Undertake BAU Ops Support Activities
- Creation of procedures guides and process maps
- Support central change and business with UAT testing
- During surge periods support Savings with SMS, Password reset calls & Admin
- Investigate product and accounts issues and provide a resolution
- Experience of working as a team within an office environment or large scale operation
- Banking or financial services experience
- Operational/Service background preferred
- Experience in supporting change
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills
- Computer literate (good knowledge of MS Office suite
- Excel, Word, Power-Point)
- Ability to understand and fully comply with documented processes and procedures
- Ability to produce process maps and procedure manuals
- Knowledge of TCF
- Excellent customer service skills required including verbal and written communication
- Microsoft Visio preferred but not desirable
- Adaptable & flexible
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
