Role Description

This is a full-time position at our office location. The Development & Studio Coordinator will primarily handle day-to-day tasks related to development, photoshoot/press coordination. This includes supporting the development process, coordinating with models/shoot studios/stylists, managing logistics, assisting with fittings/styling and tracking collection sample movement.

The responsibilities entail:

Development

  • Prepare Tech packs.
  • Create Cad drawings for new collections and color variations.
  • Document fitting notes and update specification pages accordingly for the Sampling & development manager
  • Take charge of measuring SMS and PPS under pattern cutter's guidance
  • Compile collection costing sheet, assist with fabric evaluation/trim cost

Sample Movement and General office tasks

  • Coordinate seasonal e-commerce shoots, lookbook shoots and content creation shoots.
  • Track and organize samples within the office.
  • Establish and maintain a sample tracker
  • Arrange for samples to be sent out for press and shoots, coordinate courier services for sending press samples
  • Communicate with external parties to organize deliveries and follow up on returns.
  • Handle ad hoc stock and shipping requests from Amy Curate and Rotate sample rotation.

Production

  • Update sustainability tracking records
  • Send out trims parcels
  • Assist with production quality control

Qualifications

We are seeking a passionate and highly organized individual to join our team of like-minded professionals. An individual who is looking for a role that provides exposure to all aspects of a brand, spanning different departments from development to production and press, with the aim of enhancing brand visibility and driving sales.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for garment development
  • Previous experience in coordinating photoshoots is advantageous
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a womenswear studio
