We believe that peer support can be used as a tool to aid in an individual's recovery journey. We support people to build their own skills, confidence and resilience, reducing their reliance on services in the future.

We work with diverse groups including those with learning or physical disabilities, dementia, older people, carers, young people as well those with a mental illness.
