The role in the Patient Services Team is challenging, and we work in a fast-moving environment with lots of opportunity to develop your skills.

This is a hybrid role offering 3 days WFH and 2 days in the office.

Duties and responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a contact centre/customer service environment, handling inbound queries to a very high standard
  • Professional communication skills to promote Optegra to potential customers
  • Confident in establishing rapport with customers across all channels
  • Able to empathise and quickly build relationships with customers
  • Adaptable in solving problems
  • Highly collaborative and personable individual who can build strong relationships across the organisation at all levels
  • Optimistic, energetic, and motivated by delivering positive customer outcomes
