Description

HR Administration Manager:


Manage the operational aspects of Payroll and HR Administration with the Shared Service provider including supporting with the robust contract management and audit of these functions.


  • Challenge the contractor on poor performance and monitor satisfactory improvement.
  • Contribute to action plans to remedy issues.
  • Manage, develop and design Key Performance Indicators.
  • Manage financial aspects of the contract to ensure cost reduction plans are realised.
  • Meet with outsourced Shared Service Provider's Payroll and HR Administration leads monthly to provide feedback, analyse actions plans, monitor and develop areas for improvement and agree change plans.
  • Review/redesign services where appropriate.
  • Manage the HR and Payroll administration team.

Profile

HR Administration Manager:

  • Understanding payroll essential.
  • Understanding of ESR essential.
  • Previous role in the NHS/healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge on policies and employment law.
  • Able to deliver an excellent service.
  • Managerial and leadership skills.

Job Offer

This is a temporary, NHS HR Administration Manager role, with an NHS Trust based in South London offering a band 7 pay rate (£25ph).
