Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

  • We are looking for a Building Surveyor with relevant professional qualifications and a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Preferably based in the Greater London/Home Counties region.
  • Experience in party wall matters, building defect surveys, budget estimation, specification, contract administration, and good communication skills are essential.
  • We value dynamic, personable individuals with self-motivation, good organizational abilities, and the ability to meet deadlines working collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in computer skills is a must.


We have established strong relationships with our consultants and ensure timely payments. Initially, we plan to engage surveyors on a freelance basis with potential for full-time, temporary, or permanent positions based on mutual interest. Continuing in a freelance capacity is equally welcomed.
