Work responsibilities will include tasks such as:
- High and low dusting, mopping, wiping, and scrubbing surfaces
- Cleaning various hospital areas including wards, side rooms, toilets, showers, and public spaces
- Ensuring timely maintenance and emptying of rubbish bins when full
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety by following established policies and procedures
- Using equipment in accordance with the role and adhering to Health & Safety guidelines
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about patient care, capable of effective communication with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff. You should be able to work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude to meet business needs.
Confidence in working in a hospital environment is essential, knowing that you may interact with patients who are unwell or distressed at times.
Prior experience as a Domestic Assistant is not a must. What truly matters to us is your pride in your work, eagerness to learn, and willingness to go the extra mile for our patients.
